Free Agent Availability

Each individual race or field event has 16 free-agent allocations per meet. WITFL confirms availability.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

FLEXIBLE REGISTRATION

If The WITFL cancels an event: All registration payments are fully refundable.

If you cancel: Registration payments are fully refundable when cancellation is requested at least 10 days before the event begins.

Within 10 days of the event: Registration payments are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward another WITFL event, product, or service.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 days.
