RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING ANY PURCHASE. BY COMPLETING A TRANSACTION THROUGH OUR PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
 
1. SCOPE
 
This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through areyoutrackfit.com and affiliated TrackFIT platforms operated by WITFL Holdings, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), including event registrations, physical merchandise, digital reports, and coach certification programs.
 
2. EVENT REGISTRATIONS
 
2.1 ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS
All TrackFIT Challenge event registrations and Intelligence Session registrations are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Voluntary withdrawal or change of plans
• Failure to attend
• Weather conditions, unless the event is canceled entirely by the Company
• Injury or illness after registration is completed
• Schedule conflicts
 
2.2 TRANSFERS
Registration transfers to another eligible athlete may be permitted at the Company's sole discretion up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to support@worlditfl.com. The Company is not obligated to approve any transfer request.
 
2.3 EVENT CANCELLATION BY COMPANY
In the event the Company cancels an event for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at the Company's election. The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected registration and does not extend to travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the participant.
 
2.4 EVENT POSTPONEMENT
If an event is postponed rather than canceled, registrations will transfer automatically to the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for postponements unless the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date and provides written notice within 5 business days of the postponement announcement.
 
3. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
 
3.1 RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Physical merchandise (apparel, gear) may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
 
3.2 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following merchandise items are non-returnable:
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
 
3.3 RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a merchandise return, contact support@worlditfl.com with your order number and reason for return. The Company will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a Company error.
 
3.4 REFUND PROCESSING
Approved merchandise refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PERFORMANCE REPORTS
 
All sales of TrackFIT Performance Reports, digital data deliverables, and AI-generated performance outputs are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE upon delivery. These are customized, individually generated outputs and cannot be returned.
 
5. COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS
 
5.1 GREEN BELT AND ABOVE CERTIFICATIONS
Certification program fees are non-refundable once access to program materials, curriculum, or orientation has been granted.
 
5.2 CANCELLATION BEFORE ACCESS
If a participant cancels a certification enrollment before any materials have been accessed, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@worlditfl.com. Refunds outside this window are at the Company's sole discretion.
 
6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
 
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company constitutes a breach of this Policy. The Company reserves the right to contest all chargebacks and to restrict future access to the Services for any user who initiates an unauthorized dispute.
