  • Separate boys and girls team divisions.
  • Teams may be organized by coaches, parents, schools, training groups or independent athletes.

$250 Refundable team deposit, credited toward team entry
$750 Remaining balance after $250 deposit; see your qualifying weekend's deadline
$125 Individual free-agent entry, subject to the selected meet's terms

Choose a qualifying weekend before registering. Each weekend has its own product for boys' and girls' club teams, men's and women's adult teams, and free agents. Teams may pay $250 toward the $1,000 team entry, leaving a $750 balance, or pay $1,000 in full. Individual free-agent entry is $125.

Registration, balance and roster deadlines depend on the selected weekend. Refund, cancellation and event-credit terms are provided in the selected qualifier's registration details. WITFL confirms placement subject to availability and division capacity.

What Events Will Athletes Compete In?

Youth Club Team Events

60M Dash Sprint performance, acceleration and execution
60M Hurdles Speed, hurdle rhythm and efficiency
Long Jump Approach, takeoff and jump performance
Pole Vault Approach, plant and clearance performance
TrackFIT 1600M Predicted Mile Challenge using repeated 16 x 100M intervals

Youth teams assign two athletes to each of the five events. Wildcards may substitute scores in their preassigned events.

Adult Division

Adult teams compete in 60M Dash, 60M Hurdles, Long Jump and Pole Vault. The adult division does not include the TrackFIT 1600M.

How Does TrackFIT Scoring Work?

Traditional meets rank athletes by time, distance or height. WITFL also evaluates how athletes produce those results.

40% Performance Time, distance or height achieved
40% Execution Movement mechanics and event execution
20% Pound-for-Pound Force output relative to bodyweight and efficiency
Team Score Event contributions combine into team standings

TrackFIT scoring rewards both athletic performance and the quality of execution. A team with the fastest athlete does not automatically have the highest overall TrackFIT score.
