TrackFIT 1600M Predicted Mile. Twenty-four 15-minute qualifying heats.
Youth team Round 1. Four 50-minute waves beginning at 8 AM.
Youth Round 2, semifinals, then separate adult competition.
Predicted Mile finals, boys and girls qualifier finals, and awards.
The standard youth format accommodates 96 teams per qualifying tournament: 48 boys teams and 48 girls teams.
Each wave contains 12 boys teams and 12 girls teams. Club teams are designed for athletes ages 14–18 and may be organized by coaches, parents, training groups, school-connected groups or independent athlete communities.
The standard adult format includes separate men's and women's team competitions for ages 18 and over, scheduled apart from youth rounds. A standard qualifier provides for 12 men's and 12 women's teams.
Individual athletes without teams may enter as free agents. Where roster space permits, athletes may be placed with a team according to division, event fit and availability.
Free agents who are not placed may still participate individually and receive TrackFIT results and rankings, subject to event capacity.
Each team designates ten starters: two for the 60M Dash, two for the 60M Hurdles, two for Long Jump, two for Pole Vault and two for the TrackFIT 1600M Predicted Mile.
Each wildcard is preassigned to two eligible events. A wildcard result may replace a starter result within the assigned event according to tournament substitution rules.
The standard qualifying structure gives athletes the opportunity to compete in Round 1 and Round 2, improving execution and results before advancement is determined.
Teams provide athlete information and event assignments by the roster deadline published for their specific tournament.
The Predicted Mile Challenge uses repeated 100M intervals, with rest intervals equal to the time required to complete the preceding 100M interval.
TrackFIT evaluates interval performance, speed consistency, endurance and the relationship between actual interval results and predicted performance.

Semifinal TrackFIT results determine the Sunday final seeding. All 48 semifinalist teams advance to the qualifier-weekend finals under the standard format.
The standard adult wave operates from 8:00 PM to 8:50 PM, after the youth semifinals.
Adult teams compete in their own men's and women's divisions. There is no adult 1600M event in the standard tournament format, and the adult division does not advance to Sunday.
Adult awards and any event-specific sponsorship prize amounts are published on the relevant tournament page.
Certain tournaments may use an extended four-day schedule while retaining the same standard competition rounds.
Special tournaments may incorporate additional ceremonies, entertainment or destination experiences. These activities and any changes to competition sessions are described on the corresponding event page.
The published schedule for a specific tournament governs its dates and daily session assignments.
Conventional track and field scoring emphasizes recorded performance: time, distance and height. TrackFIT also analyzes how the athlete produced the result.
Athletes receive a TrackFIT score for each event entered. The system considers event performance and movement execution.
Two starting athletes are assigned to each youth team event. Eligible wildcard results may replace starter scores in preassigned events.
Event contributions accumulate into the team's overall score. Teams advance and rank according to the applicable TrackFIT tournament scoring procedures.

The proposed large-format venue layout includes a sprint and hurdle straight, long jump runways, pole vault runways and supporting field event areas. Final event configurations depend on the selected facility.
Specific venue diagrams, lane assignments, warm-up locations and staging instructions are supplied for each individual event.
Each standard tournament includes its own qualifying rounds, semifinals, finals, team standings and awards.
Multi-weekend tournament series may conclude with a separate Championship Weekend. Championship entry, qualifying positions and eligible divisions are defined by that series' published competition rules.
A participant may compete in an individual tournament without necessarily holding an automatic place in the overall series championship.
Each tournament has its own registration period, entry fees, available divisions, roster submission dates, final event schedule and official housing arrangements.
For Las Vegas tournaments using WITFL's official event lodging program, registered participants receive applicable housing information through the registration process.
