Free Agent Entry
No Team Yet? Compete as a Free Agent -- 14 to 18 and Adult Divisions
Free agents can reserve a spot without having a full roster. WITFL may place free agents on confirmed club team or adult division rosters 21 days before the event based on division, event fit, roster needs, and availability.

Free agents who are not placed on a team can still compete individually, receive TrackFIT scoring and rankings, and use their results to prove where they stand against athletes in their division. This is the easiest way to get in the competition, get measured, and stay eligible for team placement.

60M Dash
In addition to finish time, the WWITFL measures reaction time, force, acceleration, split timing, peak velocity, deceleration, execution, and predicted ceiling gap.
60M Hurdles
By measuring start to first hurdle, hurdle-to-hurdle rhythm, force, velocity loss, recovery rate, execution, and predicted hurdle ceiling this race rewards the consistent athlete.
TrackFIT 1600M Predicted Mile
Completing repeated 100M intervals with rest equal to the time just of the interval, speed and endurance and the gap between total time for each interval vs predicted time determine the WITFL Predicted Mile Champion. Friday qualifying and Sunday finals.
Long Jump
It takes more than jumping the ffarthest to win this event. Approach velocity, takeoff force, force per pound, flight distance, landing mark, execution efficiency, and predicted distance gap all factor into who wins the WITFL Long Jump Challenge.
Pole Vault
Jumping the highest isnt enough. TrackFIT 3D Intelligence grades approach velocity, plant forces, clearance height, force-to-height ratio, execution efficiency, and predicted clearance gap.

TrackFIT Scoring

Every Other Event In Sports Tells You What Happened.
TrackFIT Tells You Why.

Time and distance are results. TrackFIT scores how the athlete produced them. That is what separates this tournament from every other event.

The TrackFIT Score: Three Components
40%
Performance
Time, distance, height — the raw result
40%
Execution
Mechanics and movement quality — how it was produced
20%
Pound-For-Pound
Force output relative to bodyweight and efficiency
Each AthleteEarns a TrackFIT score for every event entered.
Each Team EventTwo entered athletes per event. Wildcards may replace starter scores in assigned events.
Tournament StandingAll five event scores accumulate. Highest team score wins.
Why Execution Is 40%
Two athletes can run the same time. If one produced it with cleaner mechanics, timing, and force application, their execution score can be higher.
What Pound-For-Pound Means
Pound-for-pound levels the field by rewarding efficient force output relative to bodyweight.
How The Tournament Can Swing
A team can win an event by time or distance and still lose ground if another team produces a better total TrackFIT score.
