ATHLETE WAIVERS & SIGNATURES

Every athlete must complete the required individual agreements before participating: Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability, TrackFIT Data Collection & Scoring Terms, and Photo, Video & Media Release.

Under 18: A parent or legal guardian must review and sign for the athlete. Age 18 or older: The athlete must review and sign their own agreements, including athletes competing in youth divisions.
