Meet The Man
Who Sees What
The Stopwatch Can't.
Zig Ziegler — The Sports Kinesiologist. Thirty years in sports performance and more than twenty years behind the microphone.
One mission: show athletes what they're capable of and how to close the gap to their true potential.
He Knew Something
Was Missing.
His experience as an athlete became the foundation for three decades of work studying human movement and athletic performance.
Shin splints. Chronic back spasms. Shoulder dislocations. Stress fractures. Torn hamstrings. ACL injuries.
For Zig Ziegler, injuries were never isolated events. They formed a pattern that followed him from high school into college and beyond.
Coaches and medical professionals treated individual injuries, but the deeper question remained unanswered: Why did his body keep breaking down?
It Was A Lack Of Understanding.
There was no comprehensive way to analyze the movement patterns, compensations, and physical limitations contributing to his performance and recurring injuries.
That unanswered question ultimately became his life's work: understanding the movement behind athletic performance and making those insights accessible to other athletes.
The Pattern Nobody Read
Shin splints and chronic back spasms.
34 shoulder dislocations and three stress fractures.
Additional stress fracture and torn hamstring.
Torn ACL, affecting his athletic career plans.
Another ACL tear, a broken foot, and seven additional knee surgeries.
He Couldn't Find
The Answer.
So He Built The Tools.
The experience led to decades of applied kinesiology, biomechanical analysis, and technology development — all focused on understanding what makes every athlete move differently.
