Z Athlete Factory + Hotel + Housing
Z Athlete Factory (60,000+ SF training facility), High Altitude Training Room, The Podium hotel (495 rooms), 204 athlete housing units, campus F&B (Taco Spot, smoothies, coffee), and WITFL Studios. TrackFIT Challenge mobile events launch. Campus takeover begins June 2026 with initial renovations expected to be completed in phases beginning August 2026 through December 2028— training and events begin in August 2026 for athletes and sports travelers. The campus will operate while under full renovation expected to be completed by 2029.

Q4 2028 — TrackFIT Studio & Competition Center
160,000 SF Sports Building
The open space building will serve as the initial home of TrackFIT Challenges and track & field tournaments — featurinig a 150M track straight away, long/triple jump, pole vault, high jump and shot put areas. Targets collegiate, high school, and sports event demand. Retail, parking, and expanded athlete services. Operated by The Sports Facilities Companies.

Q4 2028 — Hospitality Expansion
Over 598 Renovated & New Build Hotel & Athlete Units replacing the existing structures
200-room boutique hotel (Building D1 and D2) and 398 newly built hotel units (studios, 1BD, 2BD, 4BD lock-offs) with 20,000+ SF ground-floor retail. 750 and 600 space parking garages. Full hospitality campus serving athletes, sport travelers, and Las Vegas visitors.

Q1 2029 — The Track Complex
390,000+ SF World-Class Track Facility
The signature building D1. 200M hydraulic banked track and 400M flat indoor track. 6,000-seat spectator arena. The permanent home of the World Indoor Track & Field League. Capable of hosting World Indoor Track & Field and TrackFIT Championships. Expected to be the only facility of its kind in the Southwest USA.
