Your team registration has been received, but your entry is not complete until the $250 team deposit is paid.
This deposit reserves one team entry request. Your deposit is fully refundable until December 1, 2026.
Teams pay a $1,000 entry fee with a minimum of 10 athletes and up to 2 wildcard athlete entries.
Wildcard athletes may replace starter scores within their assigned events during tournament competition.
Your final qualifying weekend is confirmed after WITFL reviews your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd weekend preferences and the submission timing of your registration.
The remaining $750 balance is due with your final roster by December 15, 2026. You may make payments anytime before the final roster deadline.
