Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Indemnification Agreement *

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE GIVING UP IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS.

1. PARTIES. This Agreement is entered into by the undersigned participant and the applicable event organizer, operators, staff, contractors, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates associated with the event shown in this registration.

2. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY. Participant is registering to participate in an athletic competition and performance event involving sprint efforts, physical activity, data capture, and competitive ranking.

3. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS. Participant understands that participation involves strenuous physical activity and inherent risks that cannot be eliminated, including injury or death.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Participant releases the event organizer and related parties from claims arising out of or related to participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION. In the event of injury or emergency, participant authorizes staff to contact emergency medical services and the listed guardian or emergency contact.

Performance Data Collection & Use Agreement *

1. DATA COLLECTED. By participating, participant consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of performance data generated during the event.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA USE. Participant data may be used for delivery of reports, rankings, longitudinal tracking, platform improvement, and anonymized aggregated analysis.

3. DATA OWNERSHIP. The event operator and related systems may retain ownership or control of collected event data and related system outputs, subject to applicable terms and law.

Photo, Video & Media Release *

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS. Participant grants the event operator and its authorized agents the right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture participant's image, likeness, name, voice, and performance during the event.

2. PERMITTED USES. Content may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes related to the event and affiliated brands.

3. NO COMPENSATION. Participant agrees that no compensation shall be owed for the use of their image, likeness, or performance content.
