Reserve Your Requested WITFL Scout Territory
Your $995 Territory Reservation Deposit is applied toward the $2,995 first-year WITFL Scout Territory fee if your territory is approved and accepted. The remaining $2,000 is due only after approval and acceptance. If WITFL does not award you a territory, the $995 deposit is refunded in full.
From Applicant To WITFL Scout
STEP 02
WITFL Review
WITFL reviews your experience, requested market, athlete and coach relationships, potential locations, partnerships and ability to build recurring scouting opportunities.
STEP 03
Territory Decision
You may receive approval, conditional approval, an alternate territory offer, a request for additional information or notice that a territory will not be awarded.
STEP 04
Agreement + Certification
Approved applicants accept their territory, complete the remaining first-year fee, execute the WITFL Scout Territory Agreement and complete WITFL Scout Certification.
No WITFL Scout Territory rights are granted by submitting an application or deposit.
Territory authorization begins after WITFL approval, applicant acceptance,
execution of the applicable WITFL Scout Territory Agreement, completion
of required onboarding and certification, and confirmation of the territory
effective date by WITFL.
