Required Agreements

Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability *

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I understand participation in athletic testing, competition, and related activities involves risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, strains, cardiac events, and serious injury.

2. RELEASE. I release and hold harmless TrackFIT, WITFL, venue operators, sponsors, staff, contractors, and affiliated entities from claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

3. MEDICAL FITNESS. I certify the participant is physically able to take part and voluntarily assumes all risks connected with participation.

Data Collection & Performance Intelligence Terms *

1. DATA COLLECTION. I understand performance, movement, ranking, score, and participation data may be collected during the event.

2. USE OF DATA. I authorize use of this data for scoring, ranking, reporting, athlete development, and event operations related to TrackFIT and affiliated brands.

3. EVENT OPERATIONS. I understand my registration information may be used for event communication, roster management, and competition operations.

Photo, Video & Media Release *

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS. Participant grants the event operator the right to photograph, film, record, and capture participant's image, likeness, name, voice, and performance during the event.

2. PERMITTED USES. Content may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes related to the event and affiliated brands including TrackFIT and WITFL.

3. NO COMPENSATION. No compensation shall be owed for the use of image, likeness, or performance content.
