TrackFIT TV Territory Reservation Terms

I confirm that the information provided is complete and accurate. A $995 Territory Reservation Deposit is required with this application, and my requested territory does not enter formal review until the application and deposit are received.

Applications submitted and paid on or before September 27, 2026 qualify for the Early Launch offer. If TrackFIT TV approves my territory and I accept the award, the $995 deposit satisfies my entire first-year Territory License fee and includes one TrackFIT Green Belt Coach Certification for the Licensee or one designated representative.

Applicants submitting after September 27, 2026 are subject to the regular $2,995 first-year Territory License price. For those later applications, the initial $995 payment is credited toward the $2,995 price and the remaining $2,000 becomes due only after TrackFIT TV approves the territory and the applicant accepts it.

The September 28 price increase does not create an additional first-year balance for applicants who qualified for and secured the $995 Early Launch Territory License.

If TrackFIT TV does not award me a territory, the deposit will be refunded in full. If TrackFIT TV offers a materially different territory and I decline it, and no territory is awarded, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Green Belt certification is an individual credential and does not independently grant territory, exclusivity, event rights, or Territory Licensee revenue participation. Additional certifications are separate.

Approved Territory Licensees are eligible to receive from 20% to 40% of Net Event Revenue, subject to the final Territory License Agreement.

Application and payment do not grant territory, exclusivity, event, technology, brand, or license rights. Rights begin only after written approval, acceptance, execution of the final Territory License Agreement, and confirmation by TrackFIT TV.
